No, this program is not compatible with Windows 7 32 or 64bit environment. It was developed only for Windows 95/98 and NT operating systems. However, there is a possibility to install Windows XP through VirtualBox to try to run the application there. You will have more luck using this way. Your computer needs to support Virtualization (option that can be enabled in BIOS).
