I have it on Linux mint. But very frustrated setting it up any pointers? Maybe YouTube videos?

I have HomeBank 4.4 on Linux-Mint-Maya-13. All reviews claim simplicity in set up, but I have not found that to so. Any clues on tutorials or YouTube videos that might be of some help? I found this in my apt-get repository, so It's a good bet that it works well on this Distro and version. Any help or even suggestions of other compatible programs are highly appreciated.

The latest version of HomeBank is 5.0.6 and it can be downloaded through the apt-get or using the official website of the application.
