Solution Menu EX does not work or install on Windows 10.

The solution Menu EX worked fine on Windows 8.1, but after upgrading to Windows 10 I get the error that the driver is not installed and the selection items, scan, print, manual, etc. do not appear. Is there a version available for Windows 10. If not, then how do I scan?

For the time being, I recommend you go back to WIndows 8.1 to have the necessary functionality for your devices and applications. Canon Solution Menu EX is currently compatible with Windows 8.1, 8.1 x64, 8, 8 x64, 7, 7 x64, Vista, Vista64, and XP. There is no WIndows 10. You need to check back later the support page for your product to download the version for Windows 10.

Go back to Windows 8.1: Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Go back to Windows 8.1
