For the time being, I recommend you go back to WIndows 8.1 to have the necessary functionality for your devices and applications. Canon Solution Menu EX is currently compatible with Windows 8.1, 8.1 x64, 8, 8 x64, 7, 7 x64, Vista, Vista64, and XP. There is no WIndows 10. You need to check back later the support page for your product to download the version for Windows 10.
Go back to Windows 8.1: Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Go back to Windows 8.1
