The Canon Solution Menu EX application is not yet compatible with Windows 10. This operating system has been released recently and the companies didn't have enough time to release the main applications for their products. You will have to check from time to time until the manufacturers update their software.
Currently, Canon Solution Menu EX is compatible with Windows 8.1, 8.1 x64, 8, 8 x64, 7, 7 x64, Vista, Vista64, and XP.
