You will have to re-install the application because there is no updated version to download. If you know you've updated Internet Explorer, then I recommend downgrading it by uninstalling the updates. You can do this from the Uninstall a Program in Control Panel. I have recommended this way because the official website of the developers isn't working any more, therefore it's impossible to obtain an updated version of Ultra Menu.
The error could be caused by the fact that some files or registry items were corrupted making it impossible to launch the software anymore. Reinstalling should fix it.
