Internet Explorer is not working when I'm trying to download a picture.

When I'm trying to download a picture from an email, a screen pops up and says that Internet Explorer is not working. What can I do?

I would simply try to get a screen capture software. That or switch to firefox.

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you to reset Internet Explorer settings. Also, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete key combination and clear all cache, cookies and temporary Internet files. If it doesn't help, go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program > Turn Windows features on or off, uncheck the Internet Explorer box and click OK. Reboot your computer, go again to Turn Windows feature on or off section and check the IE box. If it doesn't help try to download the picture using another web browser.
