Can't access external cameras.

I cannot access my external cameras. There is an error message when loading up the application stating 'The COM1 identifier is invalid or not supported'.

In order to overcome this issue, make sure you have installed the latest version of Visual Runtime. Additionally, re-install the application you use цwith the cameras. After it's installed, right-click it and choose Windows XP or an older Windows version that's specified as being compatible with the application, then try running it as Administrator. Right-click the file, and choose Run as Administrator.
