Calgoo Calendar can't be used to synchronize Outlook with Droid Max. The software was used to synchronize calendars with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and iCal. There is no support to sync the data between Outlook Calendar and a Droid Max phone.
To sync the data between Outlook and Android, a dedicated application needs to be used. In this case, CompanionLink has some good reviews about this process.
