To get the password for your account, use the following website http://m.2go.im on your mobile and then choose the Country you're in. Alternatively, click on "Get Help" and then select I forgot my password/PIN from the menu. Follow the on-screen instructions to recover your password.
This is the only way to do it without the SIM card.
