You will need the original application in order to remove the blocked number. Once you have installed the application and blocked a number, open it and then tap on Blocked Call/SMS. Tap on the number you want to remove and then use Delete. The same goes for the Blacklist section. Remove the number from both section and then reboot the phone. Now, the number you have removed will be able to call or send your SMS messages.
