Unfortunately, there is no way to synchronize this phone model with Google Contacts. It's an old phone. Moreover, it is discontinued. It doesn't include any features to allow you to connect to the Internet.
The only way to synchronize your contacts with Google Contacts is to copy them on your SIM card, and afterward, use the card with another phone, which lets you access the Internet.
