You will have to repeat the same process for the first machine, and then you should have the possibility of installing the software. Additionally, check that you're using an Administrator account. Before launching the installer, right-click it and select Run as Administrator. Eventually, apply a compatibility tweak using right click > Properties > Compatibility. There shouldn't be any other special requirements to install the application on Windows 8.1.
