Viber on desktop uses the credentials from your Viber on mobile. This means you will have to activate the account on your mobile phone and then connect to desktop. Reactivation is the same as the first activation of the program. Install the program on your mobile device and log-in following the on-screen information and when it's finished, you can use the PC to connect to the Viber's servers.
