I have tried obtaining the user guide or troubleshooting manual for the device, but there is nothing available. I have also downloaded a PDF file with information about the device, but it doesn't list update/upgrade procedures. You will have to get in touch with the manufacturer in order to obtain the right directions to update the software, but the only way to do it is through a local dealer.
