SNAP 2.4.2.1 failed to load or caused an exception.

I am getting an error message "ADD in 'SNAP 2.4.1.0' failed to load or caused an exception. System cannot find file specified'". Error while installing SNAP 2.4.2.1 version software on Windows 7 Server. I am using Visual studio 2005 on this machine. Can you help?

The developer's website, doesn't list the software as being available anymore. I have accessed it and all I could find was something related to telephony. SNAP is nowhere to be found. In this case, the only thing you can do is getting in contact with the developer.
