Opening .exe files in Chromebook

I have Samsung Chromebook. Recently, I've bought Canon printer (MG3055). I've done the printer set-up but the instruction manual is only downloadable as an exe. file. The Internet connection works fine. Is this app able to open .exe files on Chromebook?
