Looking for a way to unlock my UEA files

I encrypted my files with finger print device on my notebook with option of no password. Unfortunately my computer's OS corrupted and I was forced to install a new OS.

Can't see the files.

I added items and encrypted them, then closed the application. When I open Folder Lock with password it opens, but does not show my files. How should I do it?
