Can't access a folder through Folder Access

I have been using Folder Access on my Windows XP system. Recently, I have removed from Folder Access a folder without unlocking. Now the folder is not accessible. The folder looks like Control Panel symbol. Please give the suggestions on how to open.

It's difficult to provide the troubleshooting information without a working website. There are no manuals, troubleshooting guides, or any sort of information related to the recovery of a folder in case it has been deleted without unlocking. You can try Recuva to attempt a possible recovery operation, but it's not guaranteed to work. The developer is not available for support since the website is not available.
