As I can see on the official page on Play Store, the application has some country restrictions. If you managed to install the APK from a different source, then that's the cause to the error you encounter. Additionally, re-install the application and try opening it again. If you keep having errors, use the email on the application's page at Play Store and get in touch with the developer.
Additionally, go to Applications > Settings > Apps > All > MyTV > Clear Data / Clear Cache.
