When I press start, an error occurs.

When I press start, an error occurs. It used to work just fine. What to do?

I fixed the issue by creating a new administrator user.

I would like to recommend reinstalling the software. This procedure will copy the original files over the corrupted ones and it will also recreate the registry keys.
