The simplest way to transfer the application to the new computer is to re-install it. Access its official website and download a new version, then install it on the new computer. After this procedure, use the old computer and backup the data from the application. Use a USB flash driver and copy all the backed up contents. Plug the USB on the second computer, and import the data. If this is not working, then you will have to copy the entire application from the old computer on the USB driver and then move it to the new one.
