According to the official description, the bracelet can't be synchronized with the Android operating system, regardless of the version running on that phone. You can synchronize it through Bluetooth with PCs, Macs, iPhone 4S & 5 and as far as I know, the Windows Genuine system won't deny connection to devices. It will notify you through changing wallpapers or a nag text on the desktop screen, but the device's functionality won't be affected. If you have a Bluetooth adapter attached to PC, then you should try syncing the devices.
