Have they deleted Viber from phone?

Received a Viber message Sunday morning. Monday evening replied, was not delivered. The online status said Sunday morning time message was sent to me. Tuesday morning still not delivered, online status changed to Sunday date.Thought OK, maybe I have been blocked? Tuesday afternoon sent Viber message from work number, which should have gone through straight away as not used before to that person. Not delivered, online status says Sunday. Today, Thursday still not delivered from either numbers. Apart from fact they could have lost phone etc, is it likely they have deleted Viber?

Yes, the symptoms indicate that the person has lost its phone and the new person who found it refuses to open the messages. You are not blocked if you keep seeing the status change and online presence. I advise contacting the other person using other ways (home phone call, Facebook, Twitter, etc). Additionally, you can open a case on Viber, but it isn't likely to be resolved this way.
