Can't print while in the application.

I cannot print once I create a design using the Burlington CD Design Creator. What should I do?

If you can't print using the application, then there is something wrong with your printer. Go to Start > Control Panel > (under Hardware and Sound) View devices and printers. Locate the printer and make sure it's Enabled and set as Default. You can do both operations using right click on the printer. Afterwards, check if the printer is correctly installed in Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc). If you see a yellow item, right click it and select Update Driver. The drivers should be available on the system if you previously had it installed. Wait for the process to finish, then start the CD Design application and go to File > Print. Select the default printer and carry on with the procedure until the printer will start the operation.
