In order to fix the issue, right-click the Windows taskbar and select Start Task Manager. Press the Processes tab, select the unnecessary ones and click the End Process button. After that, try again to print the label. If it doesn't work, try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. Alternatively, you can check Software Informer database for a similar application.
