How do I use ARC XT with radio reference to program systems and groups on 396 XT?

According to the official website, you have the possibility to program the 396Xt device, because it appears on the supported list ("ARC-XT supports the following scanner models: BCD396XT , BC346XT, BC346XTC , BCD996XT, BCT15X, BCD996P2 and BCD325P2 (V2.0)."). However, there is no information related to the actual required procedure to do this.
