According to the information found on the developer's page, the device is compatible with the following versions Windows OS: Window 95 OSR2.1, 98, 98SE, ME, 2000, and XP. There is no information about the Windows 7 or Vista compatibility. You could try compatibility mode, but it's not guaranteed it will work. Right click the setup file and go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose Windows XP, apply the changes, then start the setup again. There is no other driver available for Windows Vista or 7.
