This problem has been addressed already on the developer's page, the only thing that worked was re-installation. I would advise doing the same. Re-install everything from the cloud application, browser, mobile app, etc. On a side note, it's also possible that the cloud was in a maintenance mode, and because of that you encountered errors. Uninstall the apps, reboot the devices, and then try again. Make sure the Internet is connected and working properly as well or the send link function won't work normally.
