Maxthon Cloud Browser is compatible on 32 and 64bit operating systems. I have installed the package on mentioned architecture models, and it works just fine. There are no compatibility tweaks to apply in order to get it running.
Download the full package and install it as you would normally do. Eventually, run the installer as Administrator since it requires System partition access to place the necessary files and register extensions.
