Dwg Trueview is software available for Windows operating systems only. I have tried to find a solution to your problem but it seems that Autodesk doesn't provide version for Linux systems.
I will provide a different way of launching the application on Linux system. Using apt-get install wine command in your console, you will install an emulation application which is available for Linux systems. The package is somewhat large and it will take some time before the process completes. After this, you will find Wine application in your Programs folder. Download the Windows version of Dwg Trueview on your computer and add it in Wine environment by using the built-in wizard that it's available upon starting. Wine will treat the application like a Windows operating system, and it will use Windows libraries to run it under optimal settings. Then you can launch your application from Wine interface and use it for your own needs.
