Unfortunately, the SEQMOL application is not developed to run on Linux platforms. It can work only on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003-2008, and Windows 7. The only way to use it on your Ubuntu computer is to use a virtualization program like VirtualBox. This tool will allow you to run Windows on your Ubuntu machine. Also, you can try installing and running the software using Wine. You have all the necessary instructions on the Support page.
