Many of my clients use PepperZip, so I've purchased it. However, I haven't received my subscription and I continue to get their delayed access window. Now I have to wait over 90 seconds to open any file.
I recommend contacting your bank to request a refund or cancel the order because PepperZip is considered as being malware. You have been tricked into buying an application that won't be good to you. As you can see on Google Search, most of the websites indicate this application as a malware.
Run a copy of Combofix, then restart the computer, and install WinRAR or 7Zip as the alternatives.
