I have never used this site and I get a email saying I am overdraft and why have I just got this and a $9.99 then said I have like 635 debt. I don't think so, can you please correct this.

If the service charges you continuously, then you have to either contact them or contact your bank to block payments. It's enough to pay one time and the site will charge you again and again until you block the payment or cancel your membership.

I checked their website and it appears they're called Blusnap now. Nonetheless, contact them and ask for information: https://home.bluesnap.com/contact-us/
