I necer received the license key for Freemake Video Converter.

After installation, a free license for the "Gold Pack" and "Subtitle Support" was offered to me. All I was required to do was to supply an email address and have a friend that will download the product using the supplied link. I sent the link to three friends and then assisted them in downloading and installation. I never received the license key. What can I do?

Firstly, I recommend you check the Inbox and Spam folders to see if you can find an email with the license key. If you can't find it, you will need to contact the Ellora Assets Corporation, the developers of Freemake Video Converter and explain the situation. You can get in touch with them using support.freemake.com email address.
