Unfortunately, this kind of problem can be caused by several problems like: a failed update, or a missing file, etc. Therefore, I recommend properly reinstalling the app. First you need to uninstall it (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) then download it again through Software Informer application's page or through its official webpage (this is the safest way to know for sure you download the latest version). After the download is completed, open the setup file and start the installation process again.
