How to convert .cp files (pictures) to .jpg files?

How may I convert old .cpo files (Pictures) to .JPG? I have old files (from 2001) and want to use them now. At that time we used Word Perfect, but now I am using Microsoft Windows 8.1 with the Office Home and Student 2013 programs. I tried to download Word Perfect X7 with no success. Can you help me?

There is no application developed to support conversion of CP files to JPG except the original one because it's proprietary. You still need to use Corel Print House, but the problem is related to compatibility. The software doesn't work on Windows 8.1. According to the information found on the Internet, CPH is compatible with Windows 2000/Windows XP. It's not guaranteed it will work on Windows 8.1. The program is still available through Amazon.
