Since the phone doesn't have Adobe Flash support it's most likely you won't be able to do something. There are unofficial ways to install Flash but won't do much either because although you manage to install the APK containing the Flash files, the phone won't simply play flash content. Another solution is to use Dolphin Browser HD because it has native Flash support and you can browse, play and watch flash content inside your browser. This is the only way known until now which "brings" flash support to your phone.

The paid version of Puffin Browser is under $3.00 in Google Store. I highly recommend it for playing flash. It has a lot of great features and it's the only browser I use now, since I watch a lot of video news clips and Vimeo. I have the same phone as you and believe me it works.
