Fragstat and bionary files.

I am new in Fragstats and I want to assess population fragmentation using Clumpiness. My raster data is presence/absence of species (1.0). First of all, there is no option for binary format in Fragstats. Does it effect the results? Secondly, I see the model is completed, but the section of results is empty. I've done it several times but I couldn't figure it out the reason. Does anyone have any suggestions?

There is a Metrics document that provides information about population fragmentation. You may read it at the following address. Secondly, there is also a case study with examples on how the procedure should be done. Access the PDF file and read all the details presented in that file.
