What to do with Surveylink giving invalid error when importing data from Total Station?

I have ES 105 TS and can't import the data. Could you kindly let me know where the error is coming from?

Since there is no troubleshooting information related to Surveylink and Total Station, the only help you can get is the help available within the application. Start the software then go to Help > Contents. Use the built-in search mode to look for errors and troubleshooting information.
