The problem might be related with the keyboard layout. Advise closing the software, then go to Start > Control Panel. Use the search menu and type Regional. Open the Regional section, then go to Keyboard and remove any other layout added. Leave only the default one and accept the changes. Start Borland and everything should work fine now.
