You can't convert an EZX file to known audio or video formats because this is just a format used by EZ-Forms application. The format is used to deploy electronic signed documents over the Internet. TO open the EZX files, install EZ-Forms available on the official website.
An EZX file does not contain audio or video stream to be able to convert it to desired formats.
