Getting signal from thermo-sensor.

I have changed batteries in Atomic Clock Model # 6300996 and Thermo-sensor, how do I get the clock to receive signal from thermo-sensor? My computer is Mac.

According to the instructions posted on the websites, after you have changed the batteries, you need to let the clock adjust its settings. Leave it for 20-30 minutes, then repeat the setup process just like you did it for the first time (when the device was purchased). After this operation, access the Setup menu and reconfigure it (date, time, location, etc). It should get the data automatically.
