Issues with Windows/files & folders.

My PC is running on Windows XP SP3 and I suddenly cannot copy/cut paste files and folders between locations. I have to reboot the computer several times, but the problem is still persistent. Please give me an easier formula to restore my previous state that I could easily copy/cut/move files and folders.

The problem with the Copy and Cut operations are directly related to the security permissions assigned to the users on the computer. I believe these security permissions are messed up because of unknown reasons. Try adding a new user with Administrator access and then log-off the current one. Copy all the files from desktop to another folder. Log in with the new user and you should be able to use Copy and Cut functions again.
