Sieki cutter T series ArtCut 6 error.

Question

I'm trying to connect my Sieki cutter to the ArtCut 6. But when I try to connect the ArtCut with the cutter and go to test or cut, an error comes up unnamed file error and does nothing. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance. I also uninstalled and reinstalled, but nothing, the same error.
