Latest questions about "cut error"

I'm trying to connect my Sieki cutter to the ArtCut 6. But when I try to connect the ArtCut with the cutter and go to test or cut, an error comes up unnamed file error and does nothing.

My PC is running on Windows XP SP3 and I suddenly cannot copy/cut paste files and folders between locations. I have to reboot the computer several times, but the problem is still persistent.
