I am having an issue with the PI Designer when 'collecting for transfer'. I have done nothing different than what had worked in the past, yet for some reason now when I collect for transfer, choose my folder to have it uploaded for, it asks if I would like to 'replace that file' and I always say YES. Now when I say YES, a window opens saying it could not find my file, and the collection will be aborted. Thus deleting that folder ultimately. I need help getting my files collected, and no one is in your offices for technical support. We are at a hotel in which we rely on this program to help guests with navigating throughout our hotel. Can you help?
