Topcon Tesla data collecting.

Hello, we have a Data Collector that has not been able to connect to a Windows 10 computer for the purpose of downloading data collected in the field. Will this solve our problem? Will it communicate with the older (not sure how old) data collector and transfer that data to the Windows 10 OS of the PC?

I don't think this application is suitable for your needs since it only allows network analysis and adjustments, as described in its official description.
