While using this program am I able to record altitude. Can labels with certain information be printed out?

You can print the labels, only if the software allows you to do so. If you have the software installed, go to File > Print. If there is no print menu, use File > Save as or File > Export and export the content to a format that can be opened in a document editor or an image viewer then you should be able to print it.
