Receiving "No DVD Navigator" error message.

I get an error message "No DVD Navigator" when trying to play a new DVD? What should I do? I have Windows 8.1

The problem is caused by the lack of necessary codecs that need to be installed on your computer. I recommend either installing a new set of codecs or switching the audio player. You can browse the database of Software Informer to look for another video player. I have linked to a codec package that can be installed. After installing the codec package, you will have the possibility to play the DVD with your default media player, the one you used and that gave you errors.
