Error message pops up after filling every tab correctly.

After installing the application, and after entering phone number and IMEI, it shows and error message. Why is this happening?

It's possible that the IMEI you use isn't compatible with the application. For mobile phones and applications, you will have to enter the data correctly in order to obtain the necessary information. Open the application and then access the HELP menu to see the supported phone models and then attempt to use the IMEI. It might be possible you will need another version of the software or other phone.
